Welcome to the official Royal Garden Resort Homeowners Association web site. Royal Garden Resort is an oceanfront condominium complex on the beachfront of Garden City Beach, South Carolina. This site was created for our homeowners as a Royal Garden Resort community portal. It is here to supply informative and helpful information about your association. It also provides a conduit between the Board of Directors and homeowners to improve the Association as a whole.
Description
Royal Garden Resort is 16 stories with 206 units that provide all ocean front views. Condominiums are all privately owned with fully-equipped kitchens and living rooms with large private oceanfront balconies. Units are 1,2 or 3 bedrooms with 1 1/2 and 2 baths and are furnished with a dishwasher, color tv, wireless internet, central air and heating. An expansive tiered parking garage (clearance of 6’8”) and three elevators are provided. No pets allowed in any of the units of on premises, unless you are an owner.
